Good to know before you order
The basics on pricing, timing and how we work.
How does ordering work?
Send the order form with what you want, your quantity and your deadline. We reply with a price and a timeline. You approve a mockup, pay a 50% deposit, and we start.
How much is the deposit?
A 50% deposit books your project. The rest is due when your order is ready.
How long does it take?
The Logo is ready in 3 to 5 days. The Brand and The Brand Builder take 10 to 14 business days. Printed cards ship standard and are ready 7 to 10 days after your design is approved.
How many revisions do I get?
The Logo includes up to 3 revisions and The Brand includes up to 6. Extra revision rounds are $15 each.
Do I need my own artwork?
No. If you have a print-ready file, there is no design fee. File cleanup or background removal is $10, a simple text or logo arrangement is $20, and a custom design from scratch is $35.
Is there a minimum for shirts?
No minimum. One to 4 shirts are $25 each, 5 to 11 are $22 each, and 12 or more are $20 each. Add-ons like back print and names are listed on the services page.
Can I get a rush order?
Sometimes. Rush orders start at $50 and are only by request and approval, so ask before you book.
Do you sell transfers on their own?
No. We make finished products, like shirts, cards and totes, with your design on them.
Who do you work with?
Mostly beauty professionals and small business owners, from stylists and booth renters to salons and product brands.
Where do I pick up my order?
Pickup is in Walls, Mississippi, and we will share the details when your order is ready. Printed cards ship to you, with standard shipping included.
